Click on the blue icon below the “Details” column. 



The user will be redirected to the next screen, where on the left side, you will get detailed User Info and on the right side you will get Activities tab where you can view your employees activities in detail. 


To view applications used by your employees, select “View Applications Used” from the Activities section. 


This report gives you a breakdown of apps an employee accessed during working hours only. It also shows you how long they spent on each of these applications.


This allows you to check if people are wasting time on irrelevant apps.
