Answer :- All screenshots taken by our desktop client are stored on your Cloud either Google Drive or Dropbox.

Our desktop client triggers a screenshot to be taken and then that screenshot is either -

a) Moved to Google Drive/Dropbox immediately

b) Stored on the user's local computer until an Internet connection can be established to upload the images to Google Drive/Dropbox.
