 Advanced setting in Monitoring control                                                   

 By using this feature Admin can customize the tracking of web activities of the users. Here we have 4 options under this feature to track the web activities..

1. Monitor only these websites.

2. Suspend Monitoring when these websites are visited.

3. Suspend keystrokes monitoring when these websites are visited.

4. Monitor keystrokes for password fields.


Step1 :
 
Click on Monitoring control in Admin dashboard and then click on group settings of any existing group or if you don’t have the group then create a group and add the users in the group as per your need and click on create the group. After that click on group settings ,so that you will be redirected to the monitoring control setting page.

In the monitor control setting page you need to click on tracking features and you will get the advanced settings option

Step 3 :
 
Click on advanced settings in tracking features and there you will get all the textboxes where you need to enter the websites as per your requirement.

Step 4 : Monitor only these websites: Add the websites here which you want to track and click on save changes.After adding the websites under this option agent will track only these selected websites. No other websites will be tracked under this option.We will get only the selected websites URL and activity in dashboard.

Step 5 : Suspend Monitoring when these websites are visited:
 
Add the websites under this option which you don’t want to be tracked. After adding  the websites under this option agent will suspend the tracking of the selected websites and no history will be recorded. Other than these websites all other websites activity will be tracked and also shown in the dashboard.

 Step 6 : Suspend keystrokes monitoring when these websites are visited:
 Add the websites under this option which you want to be tracked but don’t want the keystrokes coming from these websites.If we add the websites under this option agent will track all the website activities but will suspend the keystrokes for the selected websites. All the activities including screenshots of those websites and tracking the web URLs will be shown in the dashboard but the keystrokes of those selected websites will not be tracked.

Step 7 : Monitor keystrokes for password fields: If we turn on this button password fields will be tracked under the keystrokes section.
