INSTALLATION PROCESS

Step 1 :- Download the Agent, Make sure you have the file with correct extension which is .pkg
Step 2 :- Go to downloads and check for the file named as empmonitor.pkg
Step 3: Double click on the empmonitor.pkg installer
Step 4 : A popup will appear to proceed with the installation
Step 5 : Introduction
Click on the ‘Continue’ button to start agent Installation process
Step 6 :- Selected Destination
Click on the ‘Continue’ button as shown in the below screenshot
Step 7 :- Installation Type
Click on the ‘Install’ button as shown in the below screenshot
Step 8:- Installation
Please wait until the installation process is complete.
Step 9 :- Summary
Close the popup window after successful installation.
Step 10 :- After the successful installation of the personal agent, a login popup will come. You can login with the register id to get access to the dashboard.
Step 11 :- Before Log in to EmpMonitor we need to do three system settings from the ‘System Preference’. So search for the System preference and open it.
Step 12 :-
Double click on the ‘Security and Privacy’ settings
Step :-13
Click on the ‘Privacy’ and allow EmpMonitor application for below mentioned parameters
1.Accessibility
2. Full Disk Access
3.Screen Recording
Note :- If EmpMonitor app is not showing for any shown parameter then we can just add the same EmpMonitor application by following this path- ‘/Library/Application Support/empmonitor/empmonitor’ by using ‘+’ as shown in the below screenshot
UNINSTALLATION PROCESS
Step 1:-
Open Terminal
Step 2:-
Write the command to run Uninstallation batch file following the correct path - ‘sh /Applications/Utilities/empmonitor/Uninstall.sh’
Step 3:- Enter the user password to clear all processes and folders related to EmpMonitor, to ensure the complete uninstallation of EmpMonitor, check for the message ‘No matching processes were found’ in the same terminal after entering the user password.
NOTE :- EmpMonitor will support 10.13 version Mac os or upgraded version after that,
i.e (10.13 - 11)
