The EmpMonitor Dashboard gives admins, managers, and team leads a quick, clear snapshot of team activity and performance.

Real-Time Stats Counters:

  • Registered Employees: The Total number of registered employees.
  • Currently Active: Employees actively working.
  • Currently Idle: Employees inactive or not performing tasks.
  • Offline/Absent: Employees not logged in or absent for the day.
  • Suspended: Employees currently suspended.

Activity Breakdown

This section shows a detailed summary of team members’ working hours through charts and tables. It includes:

  • Active Hours: Time spent actively working.
  • Idle Hours: Time with no activity.
  • Productive Hours: Time on work-related apps and websites.
  • Non-Productive Hours: Time on unrelated apps and websites.
  • Neutral Hours: Time on apps and websites marked as neutral.

EmpMonitor calculates productivity based on how time is distributed across these categories.
